A good experience

When I started with my English class, I was not very happy. The class was in the night of Monday and Wednesday, and to be honest I hate the Monday's class! Also, my classmates were from other grade so I didn't know anyone.

But then I started to enjoy my class and I realized that my classmates were very kind. The way of the class I liked so much because we all the time were speaking in English and we created this, the blog. I think that the blog was a great idea, because I could practice and write about the things that I like. And also I think that I could improve the written part. As well, I love the idea to read and write in other blog because I can meet to my classmates a little more.
The bad of the blog was that I was working and I can do the exercises in the moment, so I can’t see my progress in English.

I am very happy with the experience, because I feel that I learn so much.

Denisse: A film maker forever

It's a cold afternoon in the Instituto de la Comunicación e Imagen, but the computers room it's hot and quiet. Denisse Reyes (22) is waiting for me in a chair, behind a computer, with a scarf on her neck.
She is small and looks very young, thinking that in a few years (only 2) she will be a film maker.

When she was a child she knew that the audiovisual will be her future. But she didn't know if film maker will be a good career. She thought about studying journalism because it's more common, but when the moment was coming, she made a decision: She will study in Universidad de Chile, cinema.

She told me that story, and I can see all the love that she has for the profession that she hopes to do for the rest of her life, even in Chile doesn't exist support and we don't have a lot of industries. She loves cinema! And she doesn't see herself doing something different.

I really like Fernando Paulsen, because he is clever and everytime he is well informed. Also he has a good personality that help him to bring with the interviewee, no matter who they are. He is not scared to make a questions to a normal person or a president, because he always has the argument.

Also, I think that is a men with ideas, that is very important in the journalism. and he protect it, that is admirable. When I will be journalist I really like to be like him.

The kiss

That picture was taken on 14th august of 1945 in U.S.A. by Alfred Eisentaedt.
That afternoon, all the country was happy because they had won the war and 750.000 persons visited the Times Square. Alfred, that was a journalist and photographer decided go to that place and take pictures. When he was in the street he saw a cheerful sailor that hug and kiss to everybody.  Eisentaedt follow him. And then, he realize that the sailor had found a nurse. He took her in his arms and he kissed her. In that moment he never thought that the picture will be one of the most famous in the world.  The identity of the characters was a secret for a long time but finally, all the people can know who was the person that kissed a nurse to show his hapiness.

I think that is a great picture because the story is very funny. Also, I considered that the photographer made a good job because he was able to capture the scene in the perfect moment.

Iquique Glorious

I never wrote about my city but in Chile say that is better do something late that never write.

Iquique, is located in the north of Chile. We don't have a lot of tree because is desert and don't rain. But the weather is fantastic. Never is so cold and you don't need winter clothes.

The people is friendly and the beach is the best of Chile. So, you have to go to Iquique,"the land of champions".

Finding Nemo

Finding Nemo is the best movie in the world!

This movie created in 2003 has all the element for be a excellent movie: good characters, a funny story and a lots of laugh.

The story is about a fish called Marlin that travels around the ocean in finding of his child, Nemo. Nemo was the only child of Marlin and he was bored of the care and protection of his father. For that reason he decided challenge his padre and go to the reef, in that place a diver took to nemo with him, to P. Sherman street Walaby 42nd, Sidney.

Marlin, like a crazy, starts the adventure of find to Nemo and he knows to Dori, a other fish that will help him with all the dificulties. Dori is the funniest character because she forgot all the thing that happens. she is innocent and friendly and she became to be friend to everybody like sharks, whales and tortoise. One day she try to communicate with a whale and she speaks cetaceo. For me, that is the best scene of the movie!

Finally, Marlin finds Nemo and together come back to their house. Marlin has a new friend, Dori. But the most important is that he learned to treat his child and understand him.
